Amor Owens is a Filipina American actress with a mix of Chinese and Spanish ancestry. She grew up in a home where art, music, and performance were nurtured. At a young age she watched her mother perform on stage at the Cultural Arts Center of the Philippines doing opera and playing concerts as a classical pianist. Her early training began when her mother taught her music and voice. Upon moving to the United States, Amor continued her training and study of the arts throughout high school and college. She attended Yale Drama Summer Conservatory for acting, voice, and movement and the Second City in Chicago for improvisation and sketch comedy. She also trained at various studios across the country such as the Stella Adler Studios, Robert Mello Studio, and Dorsey Studios and Theater. As an artist and storyteller, Amor has an appreciation for both the craft of acting as well as filmmaking. She believes that stories can help heal and inspire others to be better versions of themselves and encourage necessary dialogue among people.  Not only is she active in front of the camera but also behind the camera. Amor has helped produce and design costumes for local film and theater companies in GA. She is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association. Amor’s television and film credits include Groomed, Irresistible, Believe, and Little, TV guest starring roles in With Love (guest star recurring), NCIS New Orleans, Big Shot series, Killing It, New Amsterdam, FBI Most Wanted as well as recurring and co-starring roles in Will Trent, WandaVision, Cobra Kai, MacGyver, The Resident, Good Girls, Law and Order SVU, Dynasty, and Being Mary Jane. She is repped theatrically by Daniel Hoff Agency (NY & LA), JPervis Talent Agency (ATL & Southeast), BBR NY (commercial) and managed by Artist Collective Entertainment worldwide.
